At ZZEMPIRE, we want customers to receive the products they ordered in the condition and specification described.

Return Requests

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an eligible return.

Returns may be requested for damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products. Unwanted products may be considered for return when unused, complete, and in their original packaging, subject to the applicable conditions and consumer protection law.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we aim to process the eligible refund within 5–7 business days. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

Card payments are generally refunded to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, an appropriate refund method, such as bank transfer, will be arranged.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Where the seller supplied the wrong item or a defective, damaged, or misdescribed product, we will arrange the appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs as required.

Hygiene Products

Opened beauty, personal-care, and oral-hygiene products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns for hygiene reasons. This does not override statutory rights concerning defective or incorrect products.

Order Cancellation

Orders can generally be cancelled before dispatch without a cancellation fee.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that customers cannot waive under UAE law.
